This is their recipes SIMPLE and EASY.
The Example of Blackcurrant Yogurt Drink |
1. You need Fresh Milk or Low Fat Milk ( Diet)
2. You need some juice especially fruit juice, whatever fruit juice such as Strawberry, Blueberry, Apple, PineApple but today I'm using Blackcurrant Juice ^_^
3. If you don't have some fruit juice in your house, How about blend any fruit in your house, the sour your fruit, the more delicious your drink get it ?? :D ( just in case)
4. 3 tablespoon of Juice ( Blackcurrant Juice )
5. 1 cup of Fresh Milk or Low Fat
6. Mix it, Stir it untill the milk change the colour.
7. Then, have a drink ^_^ Yummy .... :D
Freshmilk should be cold in refrigerator first and then after you start making some yogurt, when you drink it, your tummy would become Tummy Freeze haha XD
I forgot to tell you something, just now, during lunch time I've a picture of Chicken Soup and a slice of bread and Blackcurrant Yogurt Drink hehehe My own recipes you know :3
